Iku-zu art commissions

I take all my payments through paypal through goods and services, this will be sent by invoice.

this is so that it is protected by Paypal’s buyer protection which is good for both me as the artist and you as the client if there’s an issue with payment. ask me.

No art will be produced without full payment. This is to ensure my work is paid for and my time is not wasted and my art stolen.

If you wish to split the total into two or more separate payments, you will keep your place in the queue however your art will not be started until the full payment has been made

Refunds are only available before i have started lining the piece. Sketches i can use for ych’s or personal use, but as soon as i have started to line the piece no refunds will be given.

Any commission deemed nsfw will require id

A commission will not be taken without a clear reference sheet/reference images. If you do not have this and wish for me to draw from description, there will be an extra £10 charge as this is very stressful for me as an artist and usually takes a lot longer to do. To aid with this, please have a clear idea and description of your character, referencing other artworks if necessary for physical appearance description.

I offer work in progress pictures all during the sketching stage to make sure the drawing is to your liking: posing/expression etc. i will check multiple times that this is all okay for you. If you decide after i have inked/coloured or even finished, that you want something (Major) changed, then another charge will be necessary.

This all depends on how big the change is. Note: please just include every query you have whilst i am working on your piece. It is so much easier to change before i have gone to far.

I do engage in art trades but only with people with a similar skill level to myself, unless i really do like your style. Do not complain if I don’t want to trade with you.

I have the right to refuse to draw for you for the following reasons: Rudeness/bad attitude/demanding/wanting free art/pushy/spamming me

All work will be completed within 1 week of your slot becoming available (if in a queue) unless said otherwise. Reasons for lateness in getting the art to you can be varied such as stress in life/holiday/vacation/art block/ other time consuming things. All of these reasons will be explained to you if applicable. I will not just leave you waiting with no explanation.

If you have a required deadline then i will do my best to meet it. However if there is a queue in front of you a charge will be included to do your art first.

After your art is completed, you are free to do with it as you please within personal use. If you plan to re-upload your art anywhere on the internet,

The art is technically yours once paid for and completed and though i cannot force this, if you plan to turn the art into another product, example - apparel/clothing/3d printed badges/other works which include other people being involved, i would like to be asked first.

My art cannot be used commercially.

By commissioning me after reading this you are hereby agreeing to these terms. And breach of these terms will result in no commission being offered, lack of refund or in some cases bewares being issued.
